    We're all looking for easy family weeknight dinners, right? Sometimes, it's just hard to get a healthy meal on the table with all the commotion going on in our lives!

    With these easy weeknight dinners, you'll never have to fear about what you're having for dinner tonight. Most of these are also great meal prep options that you can make in advance.

    And even better, I've included a grocery list at the bottom of this post for you!

    The Recipes

    1. 20 Minute Easy Keto Greek Meatballs with Veggies

    This super easy 20 minute recipe will have dinner on the table in a flash! I love these flavorful meatballs. And the best part?

    You can pre-cut all the veggies a few days before and shorten your time even more!

    Make these delish meatballs with beef, lamb, turkey, or even chicken!

    2. Easy Pan Seared Salmon with Chimichurri Sauce

    Salmon is one of my favorite weeknight go-to's! It's so quick to make, tastes so good and is so healthy! I absolutely adore this Pan Seared Salmon with Chimichurri Sauce for a quick dinner.

    A pro tip - make a big batch of this chimichurri sauce on Sunday night and eat it all throughout the week as a condiment! It'll last about 5 days, so it's the perfect healthy sauce to put on about anything!

    It's no secret that pasta is my absolute favorite food, and this ridiculously easy Lemon Pantry Pasta recipe is one of my favorites!

    I adore these super easy lettuce wraps. Done in just 20 minutes, these healthy turkey lettuce wraps are incredibly easy and a perfect quick healthy dinner!

    I love the combo of crunchy lettuce and flavorful turkey - it's just sooo good! And if your kiddo's don't like lettuce wraps, you could easily put the turkey in small tortillas and make these tacos!

    5. Cheesy Cauliflower Gnocchi Recipe

    • 1 lb lean ground beef
    • 1 lb ground turkey
    • 4 salmon fillets

    Dairy:

    • Small pack of eggs
    • Package of fresh mozzarella

    • Bunch of Italian Parsley (flat leaf parsley)

    • 2 Heads Garlic
    • 1 Cucumber
    • 2 Lemons
    • 2 Limes
    • Romaine Hearts

    Frozen:

    • 2 packages frozen cauliflower gnocchi

    Seasonings/Herbs:

    • Dill
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Mint
    • Oregano
    • Red Pepper Flakes
    • Chili Powder
    • Paprika
    • Garlic Salt
    • Fresh Basil

    Pantry:

    • Breadcrumbs
    • Canola Oil
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
