    Recipe Inspiration

Bolognese sauce is one of my family's favorite sauces. You can find my recipe for bolognese sauce here. It's a sauce based on years of making bolognese and tweaking the recipe. It's truly one of my favorite recipes!

While I love the sauce, I always have lots of leftovers. And these bolognese sandwiches are a delicious way to use up leftovers!

With tomato sauce, ground beef, ground pork, and vegetables, meaty bolognese is perfect for the base of a sandwich!

Even better, you'll only need a few ingredients to make this recipe.

I especially love the melty cheese with the bolognese sauce. And don't forget the delicious golden brown toasted bread!
