    • Tomatoes: Use fresh tomatoes cut into ½-inch slices.
    • Olive oil
    • Sea salt & black pepper
    • Italian seasoning

    Let's make these homemade fire roasted tomatoes together! 

    Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

    Step 3: Add tomatoes to the bowl and gently stir to coat tomatoes in the olive oil mixture.

    Step 4: Place tomatoes on the lined baking sheets. Roast tomatoes for 15 minutes, flip tomatoes and then bake for an additional 15 minutes. Roast until most of the tomato juice has evaporated.
