This recipe has a sweet and savory honey garlic citrus sauce that's packed with flavor. It's truly SO good!
I love topping the salmon with citrus slices before cooking and then adding fresh slices after cooking as well. There's just something about all of those colors that I love!

Honey Citrus Salmon Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need for this recipe:
- Salmon Fillets - either 4 ½ lb fillets or one giant 2 lb fillet, whichever you prefer!
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Garlic, minced
- Honey
- Soy Sauce
- Fresh Orange Juice, you can use the carton, but fresh is so much better!
- Fresh Lemon Juice, again, fresh is best if you can
- Ginger, fresh ground, or the paste in a tube (my favorite!)
- Lemon and orange slices, for serving
Honey Citrus Salmon Directions
Let's walk through making this Honey Citrus Salmon together.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a large baking sheet with foil.
Step 2
Pat the salmon dry and place on prepared baking sheet. Top with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Combine olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger in a bowl. Whisk well and pour over the salmon.
Step 4
Top salmon with lemon and orange slices. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes, until the salmon is crispy.
Step 5
Serve with additional orange and lemon slices and enjoy.
