- Mini Mozzarella Pearls - I find these mini fresh mozzarella balls in the cheese section at my local grocery store. These are also called ciliegine mozzarella. If you can't find mini mozzarella balls, you can always used sliced mozzarella cut in small pieces.
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil - make sure it's good quality!
- Fresh Garlic - minced
- Fresh Parsley - finely chopped
- Basil - dried or fresh basil
- Oregano - dried or fresh oregano
- Thyme - dried or fresh thyme
- Red Pepper Flakes - for a tiny kick, add more if you like it spicy!
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
