Directions

Step 1: Rinse rice with water. Add to a saucepan with butter and water and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, until water is absorbed.
Step 3: Meanwhile, combine mango, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Step 4: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 package Just Meats Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken and cook for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Step 5: Add desired amount of rice and chicken to a bowl. Top with a scoop of mango salsa and serve.
