20 Minute Penne Pomodoro

1. Gather the Ingredients

- Penne Pasta - Olive Oil - Garlic - Tomatoes - Tomato Paste - Onion Powder - Salt and Pepper - Heavy Cream - Basil - Parmesan

2. Boil a large pot of salted water.

3. Cook penne until al dente.

4. Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan.

5. Add sauce ingredients and simmer

6. Simmer for 10 minutes. 

7. Blend sauce with an immersion blender or food processor.

8. Add pasta, serve, and enjoy!
