Calabrese Sauce

1. Gather the Ingredients

- Olive oil - White onion - Carrot - Celery - Ground Pork - Italian sausage - Red wine - Crushed tomatoes - Red pepper flakes - Salt and Pepper - Bay Leaves

2. Heat olive oil and sauté veggies and garlic

3. Remove veggies from pan. Add sausage and pork

4. Brown the meat and add wine to deglaze the pot

5. Add vegetables, tomatoes, and seasonings

6. Cook on low for one hour

7. Remove bay leaves from sauce

8. Serve and Enjoy!
