Chicken and Rice Soup

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Sauté butter, onion, celery, and carrots in a large soup pot or dutch oven until softened.

3. Add garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Sauté until fragrant.

4. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.  Simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Add rice, pulled chicken and evaporated milk.  Stir to combine.

6. Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
