Sirloin Tip Roast

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Combine salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix well.

3. Rub roast with olive oil, then top with herb mixture.

4. Add remaining tablespoon of olive oil to cast iron skillet and sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
