Miso Pasta

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Add butter and garlic to a large skillet and sauté for 2 minutes, until fragrant.

3. Add miso and stir well.

4. Cook pasta until al dente.

5. Add pasta, ½ cup pasta water, parmesan, and black pepper to the pan.  Toss vigorously.

6. Top with additional parmesan cheese and serve.
