Mustard Crusted Pot Roast

1. Gather the Ingredients

- Chuck Roast - Olive Oil - Salt and Pepper - Dijon Mustard - Beef Broth - Potatoes  - Carrots - Fresh Herbs

2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

3. Pat beef dry and season with salt, pepper, and dijon.

4. Sear beef on all sides.

5. Add broth, vegetables, and herbs

6. Cover and cook. 

7. Garnish with herbs.
