Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Combine the butter, olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the potatoes and stir.  Make sure parmesan is on the flat side of each potato.

4. Transfer to baking sheet, flat side down.

5. Bake until golden brown.

6. Add butter and pasta.  Toss.
