Sausage Meatballs

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. In a very large mixing bowl, add oregano, salt, black pepper, Italian sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and parsley.

3. Mix thoroughly for at least 4-5 minutes.

4. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

5. Heat sauce in a large pot. Add meatballs to the pot and reduce heat.

6. Cook for at least 1 hour, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
