Spicy Cauliflower Soup

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Roast the cauliflower.

3. Sauté garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper.

4. Add coconut milk and chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

5. Transfer roasted cauliflower and lemon juice to the pot and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.

6. Top with reserved cauliflower and cilantro.  Serve and enjoy!
