Sweet Potato Gnocchi Sauce

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Melt butter and cook until golden.  Add sage and fry until crispy.

3. Remove the sage and add the wine, salt, pepper, and half and half.  Simmer.

4. Add the cooked gnocchi and parmesan cheese.

5. Top with the fried sage.

6. Serve and enjoy!
