White Ragu

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. Cook the carrots, celery, onion, and pancetta.

3. Add the herbs, pork, beef, and wine.  Simmer.

4. Remove from the heat and add the butter, milk and parmesan.  Stir well.

5. Cook the pasta.

6.  Add the pasta to the sauce and transfer to serving plate.

7.  Serve and enjoy!
