  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 4 white radishes or turnips cut into wedges
  • 3 watermelon radishes sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • Fresh basil for serving
  • Lemon slices for serving


  • Whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine radishes, cilantro, and red onion. Toss with dressing.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and lemon slices and serve.
