Fresh Radish and Herb Salad
This easy and fresh radish and herb salad will be your new favorite healthy side dish! This salad is flavorful, crunchy, and delicious.
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 white radishes or turnips cut into wedges
- 3 watermelon radishes sliced
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- Fresh basil for serving
- Lemon slices for serving
Whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine radishes, cilantro, and red onion. Toss with dressing.
Garnish with fresh basil and lemon slices and serve.
