Easy One Pan Taco Skillet Recipe
This easy one pan taco skillet recipe is packed with flavor! Done in just 30 minutes, this recipe is easy, delicious, and has minimal cleanup.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 white onion chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 2 jalapeños chopped
- 1 can black beans drained
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup Shullsburg Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Lime slices for serving
- ½ cup diced cilantro for serving
- 1 avocado for serving
- 1 Prairie Farms Sour Cream Pouches for serving
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Once shimmering, add the beef and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the onions, red pepper, jalapeños to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Add black beans, cumin, garlic powder, chici powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
Reduce heat to low and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover until cheese is melted.
Garnish with lime slices, cilantro, avocado, and Prairie Farms Sour Cream.
