- 2 heads broccoli cut in florets
- ¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Shaved almonds
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
Spread broccoli on a lined baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Top roasted broccoli with grated parmesan cheese and shaved almonds and serve.
