Ingredients

white onion
sliced

cloves
of garlic

olive oil

coarse salt

heavy cream or coconut milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place red peppers, onion, and garlic cloves on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the veggies are lightly charred.
Combine the peppers, onion, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Slowly add the cream or coconut milk. If sauce is too thick, add water 1 tbsp at a time to thin.
