basil pesto

cherry tomatoes

white onion
sliced

olive oil
Lemon wedges

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on the baking sheet. Spread pesto evenly over salmon.
Combine cherry tomatoes, white onion, and olive oil in a small bowl. Spread on baking sheet around the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145F. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh basil.
