This Blackened Mahi Mahi recipe is a great choice for a quick and tasty dinner. With just a handful of ingredients, you can create a restaurant quality fish dish in your own home.
Combine apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add Cole slaw mix, pineapple, cilantro, and red pepper. Toss well, then refrigerate.
