Easy Pear, Prosciutto, and Gorgonzola Pizza

Ingredients

store bought pizza dough
1
tsp
olive oil
2
oz
fresh mozzarella
2
oz
crumbled Gorgonzola
1
oz
prosciutto
1
Anjou pear
sliced thinly
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Roll out pizza dough on a pan. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza dough.
Add mozzarella, gorgonzola and prosciutto, distributing evenly across the pizza.
Finally, top with sliced pear. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
When the pizza is done, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and serve.
Notes
Balsamic glaze, arugula, or sage all made delicious editions to the pizza when it's out of the oven!
