Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add thawed Heinen’s Cooked Farm Raised Shrimp, garlic, and salt and pepper. Let warm for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil into the skillet over medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes and Heinen’s Zucchini Spiral and cook until the tomatoes start to wilt and zucchini is tender, about 5 minutes.
Add pesto and shrimp to the pan and toss until everything is combined. Serve with fresh basil and enjoy.
