Package Cheese Tortellini

Pesto

Cherry tomatoes
halved

Arugula

Mini Mozzarella Balls
drained
ΒΌ

shaved parmesan
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 1-2 minutes, until they float.
Drain tortellini and let cool.
Add tortellini, pesto, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and mini mozzarella balls to a large serving bowl. Toss well.
Top with shaved parmesan and serve.
Notes
Note: You may make this and serve right away at room temperature, or make up to 2 hours in advance and refrigerate until ready to serve.
