Combine ground beef, soy sauce, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
After mixing well, combine into meatballs.
Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium heat. Add canola oil and let oil warm for 2 minutes.
Add meatballs to the skillet, evenly distanced in the skilled. Let the meatballs cook for 2 minute a side until thoroughly cooked through.
While the meatballs are cooking, add the soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, sriracha, and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot on medium heat. Let cook for 5 minutes. When the sauce starts to boil, turn heat off and let sit.
When the meatballs are done, drizzle sauce over the meatballs.
Serve over rice and greens. Top with parsley or cilantro and sliced celery.
