Ingredients
For the salad:

head lettuce
thinly sliced

red onion
thinly sliced

pepperoncini peppers
thinly sliced

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

tablespoons
red wine vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

mayonnaise
Pinch
of salt and pepper
For the sandwich:

hoagie rolls
1
tomato
sliced

lb
sliced provolone
¼
lb
sliced salami
¼
lb
sliced turkey
¼
lb
sliced mortadella
¼
lb
sliced sliced pepperoni
Instructions
Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Slice hoagie rolls. Layer the provolone cheese and meats on the bottom of the bread, then top with the tomato slices.
Top with salad mixture and fold over the hoagie roll.
