This easy Maple Bacon Brussels sprouts recipe is a the perfect side dish for any meal! With just a few ingredients, this side dish is packed with flavor that the whole family will love. And the best part - it's done in just 35 minutes!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, bacon, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Lay on a baking sheet, ensuring the Brussels sprouts and bacon are spread evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes. Stir, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
While the Brussels sprouts are baking, heat olive oil on medium-low heat in a skillet. Add pine nuts and toast for 2 minutes, until golden. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Top roasted Brussels sprouts with pine nuts and serve.
