Ingredients

olive oil

White onion
minced

cloves
garlic
minced

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

red pepper flakes

dry orzo

cups
vegetable or chicken stock
4
cups
broccoli
1
tablespoon
lemon juice

cup
grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and white onion and sauté for 5 minutes, until translucent.
Add garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
Add orzo, broccoli, and stock to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in lemon juice and parmesan cheese and serve.
