Oven Baked Chicken Leg Quarters are the most delicious budget-friendly dinner! Roast chicken is so delicious, and with an easy spice mixture, they're super flavorful too!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Pat chicken dry. Rub chicken with olive oil and place on prepared baking try. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over chicken quarters.
Bake chicken, skin side up, for 30 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes on high to achieve a crispy skin.
