Pan Fried Sea Bass
Christina Musgrave
This crispy pan fried sea bass is tender, flaky, and finished with a quick garlic, lemon, and white wine sauce. It’s an easy skillet fish recipe that feels restaurant-worthy but comes together in about 20 minutes.

Instructions
Pat sea bass fillets dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter just before adding the fish, or after flipping, to prevent burning.
Add fish, skin side down, and cook for 3 minutes per side.
Remove fish from the pan. Add garlic cloves, white wine, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and reduce for 5 minutes.
Top fish with white wine sauce and fresh parsley.
