Ingredients
1
lb
ground beef
sausage or turkey
2
medium sweet potatoes
diced
2
tsp
of each spice:
chili powder
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
Salt and pepper
to taste

crushed tomatoes
2
cups
broth or stock - any kind works!
1
can corn
drained
2
cans of beans - I used black and kidney beans
but use what you have!
Shredded cheddar cheese
limes, cilantro, and sour cream, for serving
Instructions
Heat a large dutch oven over medium heat. Add your meat to the pot and break up in small pieces.
When the meat is almost all browned, add sweet potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Next, add in your spices and salt and pepper. Mix everything together well.
Add crushed tomatoes, broth/stock, corn, and beans. Mix everything together.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, taste and check the flavors. Add more spices if needed.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
