fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
Combine water, sugar, and rosemary in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, stirring well. Simmer for 5 minutes, until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Strain rosemary from simple syrup and let cool.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. Use within four weeks.
