Ingredients
For the Salmon:

sushi grade salmon
thinly sliced
½
shallot
thinly sliced
Zest of 1 lemon

tablespoon
capers
For the Dressing:

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

teaspoons
sesame oil
Juice of ½ lemon

garlic
grated
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk well.
Arrange the salmon and shallot slices on a plate. Top with dressing.
