Heat an oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add sausage to the pan. Using a spoon, ground your sausage in small pieces.
Cook sausage through, about 3-5 minutes.
Add broccoli to the pan and cook for two minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the skillet from heat.
In a large bowl, whisk your eggs. Slowly add in cream to your beaten eggs and stir well.
Then, add your egg mixture to the skillet, pouring slowly and evenly so the broccoli and sausage are evenly covered. Do not mix eggs around – you don’t want to scramble them!
Top skillet with cheddar cheese.
Finally, bake skillet for 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the edges of the frittata are firm. Enjoy!
