Ingredients

head cauliflower
washed, trimmed and chopped
2
tablespoons
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
minced
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Lemon zest
for serving
Pine nuts
for serving
Fresh thyme
for serving
Instructions
Heat a large pan over medium heat.
Add olive oil and cauliflower to the pan. Sauté for 15 minuets, until turning golden brown. Cover with a lid and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until tender.
Add garlic, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Sauté an additional 5 minutes.
Top with lemon zest, pine nuts, and fresh thyme and serve.
