This Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe is truly the best ever! With a delicious marinade, brioche buns, tomato slices, red onion, lettuce, and mayo, you'll make these delicious sandwiches again and again.
Combine chicken, olive oil, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well and cover. Marinate for 1 hour.
Heat a grill to medium heat. Oil the grates and grill chicken for 5 minutes per side. Set aside on a plate.
Spray buns with cooking spray. Toast buns on the grill for 30 seconds.
Assemble sandwich by spreading mayo on the top and bottom of the bun. Layer lettuce, chicken, tomato, and red onion and top with the remaining bun. Serve and enjoy!

Marinate in Advance - Make the marinade in the morning and refrigerate the chicken all day. This will make dinner time even easier!
