mashed (about 1 cup)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine vanilla extract, eggs, banana, sugar, and oil. Slowly add mixture to the flour bowl and mix.
Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour batter in a 9x5 greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
