Whisk the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, egg and beer well.
Dredge the chicken thighs in the batter. Set aside on a plate.
Liberally apply cooking spray to the trays in your air fryer. Add the chicken and fry at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
While chicken is frying, mix mayo and sriracha. Taste. If it’s too spicy, add a bit more mayo. If it’s not spicy enough, add more sriracha.
After 15 minutes, check that the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 165 degrees F. If not, transfer to the oven at 385 degrees until the chicken has safely reached a temp of 165 degrees F.
Serve on a toasted bun with spicy mayo and enjoy!
