Ingredients
For the Dressing:

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
dijon mustard
1
teaspoon
white balsamic vinegar
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Pinch
of salt and pepper
For the Salad:
3
cups
arugula
2
balls burrata cheese
1
cup
baby Heirloom tomatoes
sliced in half
1
avocado
sliced
ΒΌ
cup
sliced almonds
Crostini
for serving
Instructions
Combine dressing ingredients in a small mason jar or bowl. Shake or whisk well.
In a large bowl, add arugula, burrata, tomatoes, avocado, and almonds.
Top salad with salad dressing and serve with crostini.
