olive oil

carrots
diced

white onion
diced

celery
diced

garlic

dried basil

cooked shredded chicken
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced carrots, onion, and celery and sauté for 10 minutes, until soft.
Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add chicken stock, dried basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add tortellini and shredded chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes, until tortellini is cooked.
