Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, combine ricotta, egg, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined.
Transfer ricotta mixture to an oven safe baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Top with fresh thyme and serve with baguette slices.
