Pat turkey tenderloins dry. Combine all spices together and rub evenly on the turkey tenderloins. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Preheat oven to 325F. Heat olive oil in a oven proof skillet or cast iron skillet. When the oil is shimmering, add turkey tenderloins and brown on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165F in the thickest part of the meat. Let rest uncovered on a cutting board for at least 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
