white onion

red pepper
chopped

jalapeños

black beans
drained

cumin

garlic powder

chili powder

paprika

Shullsburg Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Lime slices

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Once shimmering, add the beef and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the onions, red pepper, jalapeños to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Add black beans, cumin, garlic powder, chici powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
Reduce heat to low and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover until cheese is melted.
Garnish with lime slices, cilantro, avocado, and Prairie Farms Sour Cream.
