olive oil

white onion

gorgonzola cheese

Instructions
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
Add olive oil and diced white onion to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes, until softened.
Add garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Sauté for 2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and reduce to low. Bring to a simmer, then simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add gorgonzola cheese and let melt into the sauce.
Add gnocchi to the sauce and stir. Top with reserved breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese and serve.
