olive oil

Atlantic Salmon
cut in fillets

teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
1
shallot
sliced
1
lemon
sliced
3
fresh dill sprigs
plus more for serving
½
cup
white wine
2
tablespoons
unsalted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300F.
Pat salmon dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
Drizzle olive oil in a shallow baking dish. Add salmon fillets, skin side down, to the dish and top with shallot, lemon slices, and dill.
Pour wine in the baking dish. Top salmon with unsalted butter.
Cover the dish with foil. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Top with more fresh dill and serve.
