Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
Combine salt, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, and extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl. Spread evenly on salmon, then top with lemon slices.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F.
