Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat unsalted butter and white onion over medium heat. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute, until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Bring to a light simmer, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked lobster meat, cooked pasta, and reserved pasta water. Toss vigorously, until combined. Add parmesan cheese and toss. Bring to a light simmer and simmer for 5 minutes, until sauce is thickened and silky.
Top with fresh parsley and serve.
