large chicken breasts

olive oil

panko breadcrumbs
¼

mayonnaise
¼
cup
grated parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and breadcrumbs. Toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Place chicken on baking sheet and brush each side with mayonnaise.
Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the breadcrumbs and mix well.
Dredge chicken breasts in panko mixture and return to baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
